Waterbury
Waterbury is the fifth largest city in Connecticut, and the largest community in the CNVRAC service area. It is the central hub of social services, business, and transportation in the Central Naugatuck Valley. Waterbury is the home to approximately 106,949 citizens of diverse ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds. Conveniently located at the junction of Routes 8 and 84, the city was once known as the "Brass City" because of its long history as the center of the nation's brass industry.
