New Financial Literacy Avaiable for College-Bound High School Seniors

The CNVRAC is pleased to announce that we have support from the DMHAS Problem Gambling Prevention Unit, to deliver a Financial Literacy Pilot Program to outgoing high school seniors or incoming college freshmen. This curriculum can be delivered in 1 - 4 sessions depending on length of time, and introduces young adults to a variety of important financial topics: problem gambling, savings accounts, checking & debit accounts, credit cards, budgeting, managing a job as a student, and paying back student loans.The program is totally free and itcan be facilitated by the CNVRAC at schools, libraries, community centers, and other youth serving organizations in day or evening settings.
